In the Interest of being less Handicapped

Medications wish they were Vitamins. Vitamins wish they were food. Eat good clean food and be well.

Drinking a gallon of water is also good. On average, we are all about 78% water so flushing out any toxins in this manner is an affordable method.

For me, lifting weights has always been an activity I have gravitated toward. I could lift entire stacks on the Universal machines I saw in high school, College of Lake County and in the Military.

Olympic Weightlifting is the gold standard of lifting weights. The Snatch and the Clean & Jerk are very athletic and require a coach to learn.

Powerlifting is my personal favorite. Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift require less training to master than Olympic lifting. Eat almost anything and lift large.

Bodybuilding is a great lifestyle except for the Fat Free/Cancer causing food in every single bodybuilding menu. Who doesn’t want to look good?

Just Weightlifting seems fine, but it also seems to lack a purpose. You have to start somewhere though.
